​Terms of Use: Subscription and Payment

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscribers can cancel their monthly subscription within three days of the initial purchase or any renewal. No charges will be applied if the subscription is cancelled within this timeframe.

Annual Subscriptions: Subscribers can cancel their annual subscription within seven days of the initial purchase or any renewal. No charges will be applied if the subscription is cancelled within this timeframe.
To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you want to manage.

Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew.
Role of Apple and RevenueCat

Apple's Role: Apple Inc. acts solely as the marketplace for app distribution and the facilitator of your subscription payment via the Apple App Store. Apple is not a provider of the app's content or services, nor is it responsible for their delivery.

RevenueCat's Role: RevenueCat serves as a management layer for your subscriptions, enhancing the analytics and operational aspects of subscription handling. It does not handle payments directly but provides tools to manage user subscriptions more effectively through Apple's App Store payment system.
Restoration of Purchases

Subscribers may restore their previous purchases in the event of reinstallation of the app or a change to a new device using the same Apple ID. To restore your purchases, please use the "Restore Purchases" feature located within the app settings.
Payment Handling

All payments for subscriptions are processed securely by the Apple App Store and must be done using your Apple ID account. All subscription management, including cancellations and refund requests, must be handled directly through Apple's subscription management settings in your iOS device settings as detailed above.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to the terms and conditions provided by Apple Inc.
